What we collect and why
When you browse this site, we collect the standard technical information your browser provides, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and approximate referrer. We use this information only to understand how the site is used in aggregate and to keep it functioning. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell visitor data, and we do not embed third-party tracking scripts beyond what is strictly necessary.
When you submit the contact form, you choose to share information such as your name, email address, phone number, organisation, and project context. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to prepare for the conversation you have asked us to have. We do not add the information to a marketing list and we do not share it with third parties.
The site also stores a small piece of information in your browser called a persona preference, so that the page can remember which version of the content you prefer. This is a single value stored in your browser’s local storage. It is not a cookie, it never leaves your browser, and you can clear it at any time using your browser’s settings.
How long we keep your information
Contact-form submissions are retained for as long as a business relationship is reasonably likely to follow, and in any case for no longer than thirty-six months from the date of submission, unless you explicitly ask us to delete the record sooner. Technical access logs are retained for no longer than ninety days.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to correct anything that is wrong, to ask us to delete it, and to object to certain processing. Third-party services
This site loads a small number of standard web resources from third parties, specifically web fonts served by Google Fonts. These requests are subject to those vendors’ own privacy policies. We do not embed analytics scripts, advertising pixels, social plug-ins, or chat widgets on this site.
When you engage us for services, we may use third-party AI providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or other vendors to deliver the work. Where such vendors are involved, we route through their enterprise endpoints with zero-data-retention settings wherever supported. The specifics are set out in the data processing agreement for each engagement.
Cross-border transfers
We are based in India. If you contact us from another country, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in India for the purposes of responding to you. We apply the same standards of care regardless of where the data is processed.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when we change our practices. We do not consider it good practice to materially weaken privacy commitments through quiet edits, and we will not. The date below shows when this version was published.
